Alex Jijiashvili

Alex Jijiashvili is the Founder of PTC Management Group and brings more than 10 years of property management and real estate operations experience. Throughout his career, he has overseen residential and multifamily property operations, budgeting, occupancy performance, maintenance programs, vendor management, and resident satisfaction across large property portfolios.

As a Regional Manager, Alex was responsible for the operational and financial performance of multiple communities, working closely with ownership groups, site teams, and vendors to drive results and protect asset value.

PTC Management Group was founded with a simple mission: provide property owners with professional, responsive, and reliable property management services that protect investments and reduce the stress of day-to-day property ownership.
